There was a recent posting on the ERE Recruiting Network regarding the obsolescence of job boards. Job Boards are not becoming obsolete. As a matter of fact, it is the opposite.

Job Boards, just like any other evolution, fall into a survival of the fittest game. As the industry becomes more & more competitive, the winners will be the ones that deliver results and offer the best value-added-service along with an affordable price point. GoliathJobs is and will be a winner in this space.

Job Boards are a by-product of the internet age just like the ERE Network on which this topic was raised. Instead of becoming obsolete they will improve.
