Airlines to Offer In-Flight Web Access - Is this a good thing?

Is our last bastion of peace & solitude going away? Do you look forward to flying because it gives you time to catch up on a good book? Many people, including myself, use in-flight time for catching up on paperwork and giving the eyes a break from the pc or laptop. I also look forward to doing other things I just can’t accomplish when I am in the office.
I know that our marketing staff and our director, David Mezzapelle, look forward to writing their lectures and presentations during that time. There are no distractions on those frequent trips and they get to prepare for the next GoliathJobs event.
Proponents to in-flight web access are saying that if you need a break - take one! Find the strength and will power to “say no” to the computer when necessary. Trust me - it is not that easy.
