Our company believes that your career service department is not only valuable for students & recent grads, but is equally valuable for alumni of all ages & experience levels. We consistently remind employers that they can turn to schools for posting jobs that encompass entry-level, middle management, senior management, professional, etc.
More & more alumni are connected to their schools today thanks to technology. It is a perfect place for employers to search for active and passive candidates. This format also keeps alumni of all ages connected to their alma maters as well as strengthens the relationships between schools and local employers. However, it is quite common that older alumni are not aware of the “lifetime career services” your school may offer. As a result, many of you have asked us for an email or newsletter content that reminds alumni of this.
