Mr. Mezzapelle,

I signed up on your website today to apply for a design position. I had a question and have been e-mailing on & off with one of your employees, Jennifer Porter. I just wanted to tell you what a great employee you have on your hands. She answered all my questions, helped me, and did it in the most caring way. Many times employees are quick and want to brush you off to get on with their day but Mrs. Porter was the complete opposite. She was so amazing that I posted a bulletin directing all my friends to your site and hope to bring you a lot of business, all because of Mrs. Porter.

Usually my e-mails to companies are to complain about employees because they are just not where they should be, but Mrs. Porter was so great that I thought she deserved the utmost respectively written letter of recognition.

I hope she gets recognized for how she goes above and beyond her job duty to make your customers happy.
