GoliathJobs has recently launched a new feature to assist employers & recruiters in their recruiting efforts at no charge. If employers have any schools they like to recruit from (including alumni associations), we will market their job #s directly to them. This service will highlight those jobs to the particular schools so that students & alumni will be looking at them instead of searching for them. This service will produce even more candidates then our standard platform. In addition, it will remind schools that the employer is a local organization supporting that institution.

In a short time, this feature has resulted in a 3-4x response rate from job seekers over our standard platform.  Plus it is produces a majority of verified candidates across all ages & demographics.  Employers love it. 

Schools include undergraduate, graduate, specialty, technical and trade schools as well as alumni & professional associations.

There is no charge for this. It is simply another value-added-service that GoliathJobs offers for free. This also eliminates the need for the employer to manually post each job at local schools. We do that on their behalf.
