I speak quite often at various organizations including colleges, employers, nonprofits and associations. Most of the time I am presenting GoliathJobs to organizations that are interested in using our service. Other times I am speaking to students about jobs, internships and careers.

The most common question I get is, “What makes GoliathJobs different from Monster or Career Builder?” The answers to that question are simple and I thought I should post them on our blog:

First, we are FREE. GoliathJobs.com is free for all users including employers. That means more jobs and industries present on our site.

Second, we are SIMPLE. Our simple interface is easy to use and not loaded with confusing features that no one uses.

Third, we have a verification system. This is done through collaboration with Dun & Bradstreet. Employers are verified which gives our job seekers peace of mind that the employers are “real.” As a free service we want to protect our job seekers.

Fourth, we have an internal email system called “myMessages.” myMessages makes GoliathJobs.com a spam-free environment for all users.

Fifth, we have a job feed system. This means that jobs found on sites such as Monster and Career Builder can all be found on GoliathJobs.com as well. Plus, any organizations that do not wish to re-key jobs into our system can take advantage of our free job feed system.
